Ringonderzoeken/Round Robin Test CPX / SPB 2017

Ringonderzoeken geluid (CPX en SPB)

In april of mei 2017 organiseert CROW, in samenwerking met Rijkswaterstaat, DGMR en M+P, de ringonderzoeken geluid CPX en SPB. Met een periodiek ringonderzoek wordt beoogd een beeld te krijgen van de consistentie van meetresultaten en de juistheid van de resultaten van de deelnemende systemen. Door het Platform Wegmetingen van CROW is besloten om dit vergelijkend onderzoek tweejaarlijks uit te voeren. Systemen die voldoen aan de eisen krijgen een CROW-certificaat dat 2 jaar geldig is.

 

Certificering

De toetsresultaten dienen als basis voor het toekennen van certificaten aan de deelnemende systemen. Het CROW-certificaat geeft dus expliciet aan voor welke apparatuur de deelnemer heeft aangetoond aan de eisen te voldoen. De uitsplitsing naar SPB en CPX meetsystemen wordt op het certificaat inzichtelijk gemaakt.

 

Meetdagen in 2017

De meetdagen zijn gepland in april of mei. Detailinformatie over de ringonderzoeken, dus ook de exacte meetdag en de locatie, zal u worden toegezonden door DGMR dat, samen met M+P, namens CROW de meetdagen en rapportage verzorgt.

 

Deelname

Vooralsnog staat deelname aan dit ringonderzoek open voor deelnemers die hebben aangetoond te voldoen aan de eisen van het toelatingsonderzoek. Meer informatie is te vinden op de website van CROW.

Indien u aan de ringonderzoeken wenst deel te nemen, verzoeken wij u het registratieformulier in te vullen en te retourneren aan CROW.
 

Kosten deelname

Aan de deelname zijn, naast eigen kosten, ook kosten verbonden ter dekking van het organiseren van de ringonderzoeken en de rapportage. Deze deelnamekosten bedragen per deelnemend (te certificeren)  meetsysteem € 950,- exclusief BTW.
 
Bij een voldoende aantal deelnemende systemen kan CROW besluiten dit bedrag nog bij te stellen.
Een factuur wordt ná de meetdag door CROW verstuurd.

Round Robin Test

In April / May 2017  a round robin test for the CPX and SPB methods will be organized in the Netherlands. The comparison tests are organized  by CROW - in collaboration with Rijkswaterstaat, DGMR  and M+P.  Aim is to repeat the test every 2 or 3 years.
CROW is the technology platform for transport, infrastructure and public space in the Netherlands. It is a not-for-profit organization in which the government and businesses work together in pursuit of their common interests through the design, construction and management of roads and other traffic and transport facilities. Active in research and in issuing regulations, CROW focuses on distributing knowledge products to all target groups.
 
Goal of these collaborative tests is to acquire knowledge on ​​the consistency of measurement methods and the accuracy of the results of the participating systems. The Platform Road measurements of CROW has decided to perform the tests  every two years.  Measurement systems that meet the requirements get a CROW certificate valid for two years.
 

Certification

The accuracy of  the test results serve as a basis for awarding certificates to the participating measurement systems. This CROW certificate states that the measurement system has shown  to meet the requirements.
Certificates are given for each individual participating measurement system (SPB or CPX).

Planning

The measurement days are scheduled in April or May. Additional information, including the exact measurement day and location, will be sent on request. DGMR will be coordinator for  the round robin tests on behalf of CROW.

Participation

For now, participation in this collaborative study is open to participants who have demonstrated to meet the requirements of the entrance examination.

Participation fee

The fee for participating the test  is € 950, - excluding VAT  per  measurement system (to be certified).

CROW may decide to reduce this fee if the number of participating systems is sufficient
